Support for caregivers
Cobb Senior Services will host Powerful Tools for Caregivers, free, in-person classes 2 - 3 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 16 - 23, at the Tim D. Lee Senior Center in Marietta. This program gives caregivers ways to reduce stress, improve confidence, learn different ways to communicate and increase their ability to make tough decisions. Classes consist of six sessions held once a week. Interactive lessons, discussions and brainstorming will help you take the tools you choose and put them in action for your life.
